We want you to be fully satisfied with your Lorna Shore merchandise; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and remains in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip before sealing the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
